03How does a project with INSOFT begin?
The first conversation helps us understand your context, the people involved and the expected outcomes. We can then define the scope, priorities and delivery stages with your team.
04Do you provide support after go-live?
Our approach also covers deployment, training, operations and system evolution. Maintenance and support arrangements are defined according to the project and the agreed framework.
05How do you approach AI and sensitive data?
We start with your use cases and the sensitivity of your data to frame requirements, access and architecture. Privacy, hosting and human oversight constraints should be defined from the design stage. A general description is enough for an initial conversation: do not include sensitive data in the form.
06How can we estimate the budget and timeline?
They depend on the functional scope, integrations, data migration and go-live constraints. A scoping conversation helps us prepare a suitable proposal, rather than quoting a standard price or timeline that may not fit your context.
07What happens when I complete the contact form?
Your enquiry is sent directly to INSOFT’s private inbox. A confirmation and reference appear after receipt. There is no need to open your email app. Your contact details are used to respond and follow up.
